Returns Policy
Non receipt of items
If you have not received your items within 14 days of marking your order, please email us at mail@themachineshop.uk and we will investigate the situation.
Damaged items in transport
If you have received your items but the packaging appears to be severely damaged (although we do out best to use the best packaging, it is not indestructible) then please let the courier know when they deliver it and take a picture of it. Please report this to us within 14 days via email at mail@themachineshop.uk, repackage the products and send them back to the address below. Once we have received your items, we will let you know and issue a refund to your original payment method, if you used TMS points against your purchase, we shall refund these to your account too.
Faulty Items
If the item you have received is faulty, you have 28 days to notify us of the fault via email to mail@themachineshop.uk. Once we have confirmed the return via email, please send your faulty items in their original packaging with all of their included accessories to the address below. Once we have received your items and confirmed the fault, we will let you know and issue a refund to your original payment method, if you used TMS points against your purchase, we shall refund these to your account too.
Change of mind
If you’ve changed your mind about a product when you received it and not used it yet then you have 14 days to notify us via email at mail@themachineshop.uk and send it back to the address below, Once received and confirmed it is unused and undamaged, we shall issue a refund to your original payment method, if you used TMS points against your purchase, we shall refund these to your account too.
